Regulars · Movement Gowanus

What we hold, and what we don’t.

Regulars is run by Reborn Industries LLC. It is a four-week experiment at one gym. This notice is short because the product holds very little.

What we store

What we never store

Your location. Signup checks once that your phone is inside the building, in order to keep the list to people who actually come here. That check happens in the moment and the coordinates are discarded — they are never written down. Nothing in the product can show where you are in the gym, or whether you’re in right now.

We also never ask for and have no field for your gender, orientation, or relationship status.

Your number

We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone, and we never share it for marketing or advertising purposes. It is not shown to other members. It is used for exactly two things: the verification code when you sign up, and a text when someone says hi to you — at most 2 of those a week, fewer if you lower the number in settings, none if you set it to zero.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all of them. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are delivered by Twilio on our behalf.

What other members see

Your first name, how long you’ve been coming, your time-of-day bucket, your one line, and whether you’re open to a hello. That is the whole of it. If you pass on a hello, the sender is not told and cannot send you another. If you hide from someone, they are not told.

Keeping it, and deleting it

“Take me off the list” in settings removes you from every roster immediately. The run ends 3 October 2026; after it, individual records are deleted and only counts are kept — how many signed up, how many talked, how many came back. The gym never receives member data, and never had access to it.

Anything else, or to have your record deleted outright: kuhuk@rebornindustries.co.
